Yes, those are paper tablecloths! They come on a roll like wrapping paper! And they come in maybe 4 or 5 designs (I remember a red and blue, too)! There's enough on one roll to cover my kitchen table at least 5x and the whole roll is maybe $2.50.
They're awesome! At my Ikea they were near the check-out area with the holiday stuff.
