Country Ick Makover

I bought this little bulletin board at Goodwill awhile ago. Yikes, but I saw some potential.

I asked Chloe if she wanted to help me remake it and she told me that she didn't want any part of my tearing up something so cute. : O.

So I gathered supplies and started the project all by myself. Burlap and printable vintage sheet music from here.

    Simply fabulous. I think the scratches make it look even better, you should've just told us you "distressed" it on the concrete! :)

    I love the new look!!! Chloe is soo funny. You have such a great eye for turning things around. And you are really good at following through. I have so many projects at home right now that I just haven't had a chance to start.

    Now that is beautiful! Isn't it funny to go back and look at things that people used to think were just awesome and now they aren't so awesome? I chuckle when I remember how much I used to love "country blue" as a kid. Remember the 80's? Ugh. I can't stand that color now.
