A sprinkle kind of day

Today was NOT a sprinkle kind of day but looking at these pictures tonight made me happy.

Everyone needs the kind of day where they put lip gloss on their cheeks and enjoy a sprinkle or two.I was trying HARD to have a project finished for Metamorphosis Monday but alas, it has given me fits.

In other news, spring is breaking out all around me...

    Oh those big beautiful brown eyes on little daughter - just makes this old Granny want to scoop her up and give her hugs and kisses.

    Everyone needs a sprinkle kind of day from time to time...enjoy the small things in life! So glad to see flowers in bloom once more.

    What is it about sprinkles on something that makes it seem so much better? I am planning a little dessert tonight for my family that will definitely have sprinkles on it...thanks for the inspiration! :)

    Hi there, I was wondering if you could tell me more about how you got that beautiful finish on your makeover table in post below. I saw that you primed it. But did you also spray on the black or use a roller or maybe a brush? I'm getting ready to paint a couple of items black and I want the same beautiful results as yours. Great job!!!

    Hi..I read your comment over at Like Merchant Ships regarding redoing your kitchen...and as the wife of a cabinet maker...you are RIGHT, they will TOTALLY appreciate you doing your part to keep the economy going. Don't feel bad spending it if you've got it...it's just the way it goes these days. Take care and I hope your kitchen turns out BEAUTIFUL.

    I am wishing that it was spring here. We got a lovely snow storm here the other day. I am needing some spring loving. So-I copied you and brought a little bit of spirng loving into my house!!!

    Is that a magnolia tree in bloom? Those don't bloom around here until mid april-at least!! JEALOUS!!
