I often add a cinnamon stick or two to my coffee grounds. You can also add it straight to the pot or just add it to the bottom of your coffee cup, as I do when my hubby is home. Bury the cinnamon stick in the grounds instead of laying it on top.
Just a note: I have tried to adding ground cinnamon to the grounds but it always caused the water to back up and sometimes spill over. Don't know why it happened, but it did.
If you have a coffee lover in your life, how about
ordering some fresh coffee sent straight to your mailbox the day that they roast it. Mmmm! Your mailbox will smell good and your coffee lover with thank you.
I'll have to try a stick of cinnamon in my coffee. I always drink mine with Carnation fat free hazelnut creamer....delicious!!!
ReplyDeleteOn Tuesday morning when I have my coffee at 5:30 in the AM I will also be trying this out. Can't wait!
